Our Services

We are a premier Colorado Boarding and Training facility that keeps your horse’s needs in mind and offers in house trainers to help with the advancement of your dressage career. We cater to the dressage enthusiast of every level, whether you are a hobby rider or like to show, and take exceptional care of the horses at our barn. Nestled in the heart of picturesque Franktown, Colorado; which is only a quick drive from Parker, Castle Rock, Elizabeth and Denver. We are located 2 short miles from the Colorado Horse Park. We look forward to showing you our facility and having you and your horse join our family. We do require that you take at least 2 lessons per month with one of our trainers to board at Lost Lake Equestrian Center.

Our state-of-the-art facility boasts meticulously designed training arenas equipped with the finest footing, ensuring an optimal environment for dressage training at all levels. Our team of world-class trainers and instructors are dedicated to nurturing the potential of both horse and rider, providing personalized instruction tailored to individual goals and aspirations.

Fees:

Stall: $950/month
Shed Row: $760/month
Limited Group Paddocks may be available.

Our Amenities:

  • Full sized insulated indoor arena with mirrors with new sand/rubber/textile footing
  • Full sized outdoor arena with sand/rubber footing
  • Boarder’s Lounge
  • Barn/Stall area stays warm during the winter with the doors closed
  • All horse’s living areas are cleaned daily
  • Daily turnout in individual 25ft x 75ft paddocks; turnout in pasture during summer months and favorable weather
  • Small Training Horse Course (bridge, plastic bottles, barrels, etc.)
  • 60 foot round pen
  • Outdoor Wash Rack with Hot & Cold Water
  • Trail Riding surrounded with approximately 500 acres of open space & trails
  • 5 acre grass pasture turnout
  • Gated access
  • Indoor and Outdoor Security cameras
  • Shared Google Calendar for lesson schedule
  • We feed Mountain Grass or Alfalfa Hay 3x per day
  • Grain Fed AM/PM
  • Owner Provided Supplements Fed AM/PM
  • Our staff will hold your horse for the vet or farrier for a fee (must be scheduled in advance)
  • Blanketing offered for $60 per month
  • Trailer parking included in board

We require a negative coggins test for move-in.
