Heather Beachem Dressage

Heather Beachem is a Grand Prix rider and trainer. She is best known for her passion for developing and teaching both horse and rider and matching riders with the right horses to accomplish their goals. Heather’s students have competed at Regional Championships, USDF Finals, and NAYC; she has helped multiple students to Grand Prix and to earn their USDF Medals. Heather was a working student/assistant for 7 years and continues her education now. She came up through the Young Rider ranks, competing at NAJYRC and Festival of Champions; then through the U25 program where she finished 2nd and 3rd respectfully at the USEF Young Adult “Brentina Cup”, earning her USDF Gold medal at 21 years old. Heather has helped her students earn their bronze, silver, and gold USDF medals. Her students have won many Regional Championship titles, competed at USDF Finals, and NAYC. Heather primarily teaches remotely via PIVO, but also comes in person once a month and for shows.

Andrea Doelling

Andrea Doelling

Andrea’s approach to teaching is from the point of view of most adult amateur riders.  She was “one of us” for most of her riding career, but was then fortunate enough to dedicate herself to horses full-time starting in 2005.  From her humble beginnings, Andrea can draw upon the common frustrations adult amatures face in moving through the levels in dressage.  She is a consummate competitor and can help with show strategies and has the utmost compassion and respect for our equine partners.  Join us to learn how to set both your horse and yourself up for success in Dressage.

Some of Andrea’s Dressage accomplishments include:

  • Bronze, silver, and gold USDF medalist
  • Achievement of her silver and gold USDF freestyle bars
  • Received over 25 Horse of the Year awards from Rocky Mountain Dressage Society from training level to Grand Prix
  • Received 8 USDF Horse of the Year awards from 3rd level to Prix St. George
  • Received over 50 USDF All Breeds Championships/Reserve Championships
  • Won numerous USDF Regional Championships including 2009 Region 5 Grand Prix
  • Ranked 17th in the nation at Grand Prix in 2010
  • Trained extensively with Steffen Peters and Debbie McDonald
  • Rode full time professionally from 2005-2011. Trained/competed 8-10 horses per day at all levels.

Kelly Boyd

Kelly Boyd is an accomplished rider, having successfully developed riders and horses into winning combinations in dressage competitions. She is also dedicated to continuing her education through clinics and USEF, USDF trainers and judges symposiums. In addition to her training and practical experience in the ring, Kelly holds a Bachelors degree in Finance graduating in 1993 from UC Denver (Cum Laude).

Kelly has been riding, instructing and competing in dressage for over 30 years and has studied with some of the top competitors in the country and Europe. In 1993, she earned the USDF Silver Medal and has won national and regional awards in dressage and materiale classes.  Kelly is just scores away from earning her USDF Gold Medal.
